ADDITIONAL MAILBOX - CALENDAR 1

Hi

I have added an addtional mailbox to a number of people's Outlook. I am trying to use this additional mailbox for a small group of staff to access a number of Managers calendars.

Allow, the correct permissions have been added to the calendars,it still shows "Unable to display the folder. The calendar could nto be found"

Any idea!

Did you assign permissions at the root of the mailbox? If you're just sharing the Calendar by assigning permissions directly to the calendar, they have to have some rights to the root of the mailbox, or they can't get to the calendar.

IIRC, they need FOLDER VISIBLE rights at the root.

Now - there are a lot of variables here that you haven't supplied, including what method you've used to share the calendar, what client version they're using, what email server you're using, etc.
