Additional Liscense Key Setup Miva 4.20

Hi,

I am trying to set a second Miva store on my server. When I enter the 2nd liscense key, the original store dissapears. I get a fatal error ( merchant fatal error unable to locate cat.db) So far Miva has been No Help.

Does anyone know how to do this?
