Additional ICM pathas

I am trying to add additional paths for operator at ext 10 to be able to receive more than one call at a time on a merlin Rel. 7. She has a 20 Button phone.

Those would be System Access buttons, that you add through Centralized Telephone Programming

Sounds like you are programmed for a DLC console and possibly Key mode since ext 10 is mentioned. By default it comes with 2 (SA) Icom buttons. The Icom buttons can only be assigned to the first 10 buttons on a set. So if you have 8 CO lines or more assigned to this operator position you must remove the CO lines to add more Icom buttons then add the CO lines back on. IF you have already tried to add Icom buttons through Cent_Prg and it is showing programming error this may be the reason. lg
