Haven't seen it bu someone added it.
Open up Exchange Admin
Go to the site, configuration, Site Addressing.
This will show you the addressing schema used on that site. You can delete the "new" one.
I suggest that you check the permissons of the configuration container. If your the admin and you don't know who changed it... chances are that your permissions are lose
