Additional criteria when pulling records for report

Hi,

Is there a way of building a report that only shows records where a column called 'Status' is set to 'Current'?

Yes. In the report properties there is an item under "Data" called "Filter". Type in the value that you want to check for and set "Filter On" to yes. For example:
[tblRecords]![Status] = "Current". Or however you have it set up.
