I work for a German-owned company with sites in five countries. We have been running Exchange in the US for about seven years, and we are finally deploying it to the rest of the world (including the headquarters.) Up until now, the HQ has been keeping an outlook address book up to date, and all the addresses are aliased with initials (for example, I would be "US-JK" to them.)
After rolling out Exchange in the German office, several users (including the President/CEO/Owner) are unhappy that the GAL does not reflect the aliases that they are used to, and instead have the user's full names. Obviously, we can change the display names on all of the users, but this satisfies the handful at the expense of everyone else (and would look silly on outgoing email.)
So, to my actual question: is there a way to craft an address list with a different display name, or alias?
