Additional Account Information Tab

We are using the acctinfo.dll from the Resourse Kit on our helpdesk computers. It gives our help desk another tab of information in the user's 'properties' in Active Directory Users and Computers. The tab shows in the properties if we browse to a user. The tab does not show if we use "Find" and open 'properties' from that window. Does anyone have experience with acctinfo.dll? Our helpdesk staff is frustrated with having to do the 'find' and then browse to the user's 'properties' to access that extra tab.

yep - verified it here. The dll is obviously specifically written to work via ad users and computers and using find apparently doesn't hit the dll. Complain to MS or write your own I guess.

Thanks. I appreciate the info. I did submit a bug notice to MS but resource kit items are usually 'as is'.

Yep, resource kit tools are not supported.
