Additional 5 users free - how did I do this last time??

I just set up a new install of ce 9 standard, similar to one I had set up about a year ago for testing.
At the time, I was sent an additional 5 concurrent user license for a total of 10 users. I can't figure out how I got this promo deal; anybody do this recently?

I am happy with 10 users for production and 5 users for my test box, but I would prefer 10 on both, if possible (of course

If you purchased a copy of CR 9, they gave you CE 9 with 5 licenses.

Yet, I have 10. From going in circles with cd folks, I realized that I probably ran into some short-lived promo last spring that no one remembers. Oh well.
