Adding win2003 server/2005 SQL server to existing win2k server/AD

Hi,

Currently, I've 2 win2k server running sp2, one is DC and the other is running exchange 2000. Is there any problems with adding one win2003 server running 2005 SQL server to the existing enviroment?
