adding web reference to the WebServerces of Sharepoint

Hi,

I am trying to add a reference to lists.asmx webservice of my SharePoint site from my job.
on the "add web reference" dialog box I write the url and click on GO but it asks "name", "Password" and "Domain" so I write Administrator for name and his password and the domain name. but it asks again and agian, nothing happend.
why?
