I'm having a problem with viewing the directory information on my client PC (W2K Pro).

When trying to look at the Entire Network the only thing that comes up is the Domain Name nothing else is displayed. But looking at it from the server side everything shows? Printers, PC's, etc...

I hope this makes some sense!

If you have a fairly large network, check this faq on Master Browser issues:

faq96-3728

If you just plugged it in and have relatively only 2 or 3 computers, it can take up to like 2 hours before your listing is showed.

"In space, nobody can hear you click..."

It a small network - the Server has been running for about 6 months and the client is new. There are 5-W98 pc's and this 1 W2K pc.....I can get to everything from the 98 pc's but not the new PC. I am loging on to the domain, but it does not let me map anythng out or see anything under the Entire network other than the Domain Name.

When I try and force a mapping to a network printer ie \\server\Printer - I get an Access Denied Error. I've change the profile on the server to have all authority just to see if it work but to no avail....

When I try to map out a Network drive ie \\Server\share
I get a "There are currectly no Logon Servers available.."

Could this be an Active Directory Issue?
