Is there a way to add vote buttons in Lotus Notes. I know how to do it in Outlook but for some reason I cannot find it in Notes.

"Voting" is a special function of Outlook and not by design a function of Notes.

I can think of two ways to do it off the top of my head though. Create your Vote form with radio buttons (or CHeck boxes). Have the submit or vote button send the form back to you ( or whomever) and create an agent to sort the responses based on the selections. This gives you a lot of options for formatting and such.
Second option, go outto a java site and get a polling script and add itto the form. This probably wont be as flexible and may require more time to customize the response handling but should also work.
