adding voicemail 1

I have learned a lot by reading all of these posts, and thank you all for replying and giving the feedback. and I have an issue here that I am hope you can help me with.

I have an ext.(8584) that rings on 5 phones. It is not in an ACD. I need to add voicemail to this line due to some changes we hope to implement here. Is it possible for me to just create a voicemail for that ext. and it will work or do I need to do some other changes. I have attached a copy of a TNB printout of one of the ext. If i need to make other changes could you tell me how. Also I need to know the command to set it up to be able to check the voicemail from the phones.

You should be able to just build a mailbox for the extension. But you need to make sure that the phones that it hits is set up to forward no answer to voice mail.

Ok so I have turned on FNA and set my hunt group equal to my voicemail ext (8588). My RCO =0. It still will not go to Voicemail. I have attached a copy of the new TNB. any other suggestions. BTW all TN's are now set just like this.

You be the MAN. Thank-you so very much. It works. I forgot the FDN part.

Can you tell me though how to change a key (14) to be able to check voicemail? and will the light automatically come on or do i need to make another change?
