Adding value to new field on form

I've added the already existing field "Classification" on the accounts form, published, but can't seem to find where I input the values that the users can choose. CRM 3.0. Any ideas?

go back into accounts then attributes and bring up the properties for the field..assuming its a picklist you should see the option to add values.
