ADDING USERS

How do i add a user in 4.1 wirelessly. I selected their name from the address book and click add but the status doesnt change from initializing--where do i go to put in the pin number ?

make sure traffic is opn on port 3101(ill double check on the port number) on the firewall for the blackberry server.......


in the user options you set up a password, and then click generate and send password to the users email, the then go to enterprise activation on the blackberry enter their emial address and the password that was sent to them, it then sends an email to the users email account that contains info about the blackbery for the server to use to send to the blackberry,(this is were mine gets stuck and ive yet to figure out whats wrong)

the server is then supposed to send an email back to the blackberry so the blackberry knows how to send to the server directly, then they sync up, share keys and finalize the connection

got another idea but i cant test it because both on my users with BB's are out of the building until next week but.......in the desktop manager for the BB server it lists a second server entry and MSD something or other.....this serviice was turned off, i turned it on but wont be able to test unti neext week.....this is the service i believe that talks to the outside world, ie. the BB's themselfs.....

why on why couldnt they stay with the windows based phones, so much easier to server sync...but no, they had to keep with the jones's....lol...and now i have to make it work.......
