adding users to published app

I have windows 2000 sp3 running metaframe xp. When I go to add a user to a published application and have it show users in my domain I get "enter user credentials box". I enter in any account with admin permissions and it doesn't work. Can I do anything for it to show me my domain users?

Are you set up as a Citrix Administrator? Just a thought but Domain Admin permissions are not always enough to perform Citrix Admin tasks. As I remember the Citrix Administrator's need to be setup within the CMC.

Yes, I am setup as a citrix admin through the cmc. I tried searching citrix's knowledge base about this issue and I can't find anything there either.
