Adding URL links to the Menu Structure (MSF025)

Hi,

I would like to add menu items that lauches my own URL's.
Via MSO025 we add the ESS programs to menus, so when you run the Ellipse Desktop the mincom java apps are in the menu structure and run in the IE window.

Is it possible to add a menu item that launches our own Java app or URL ?
