Adding Trusted Publishers in Access Macro Security

I am trying to setup an automated Office 2003 install using Group Policies. I have everything I need setup in the .MST file except for one thing. I need to add all my servers to the Trusted Publishers in Macro Security. Is there any way to do this through the registry, a group policy, or the Custom Installation/Maintenance Wizard?
