Adding Toolbar and title bar to window???--HELP-please

I have a window with no toolbar, no location bar, and no menu bar. I have links in this window and when clicked, i want these links to open in the same window while adding the toolbar, title bar and menu bar. thanks

You can't do this in the same window, since the browser security mechanism does not allow this. If the User, or the opener of the page (another page) has decided to open the page this way (without toolbar), you have no way to do another way. But you are able to open a new window using window.open and customize it as you want.
