Adding to the New Menu

What I am try to accomplish is adding something to the new menu, if I'm not speaking of the item correctly you go to any blank area on your desktop and right mouse click then there is a new menu and thats what I want to add too.

Hi Jimmy

In 2000....
Right click on the start button and choose 'explore'.

Double click on 'templates'.

Add whatever you want in there, and when you next right-click on the desktop, your files will also be displayed there.
