Adding Time

I have 2 values Travel Time and Site Time that i want to add.

How do i store these values

in minutes or hours (Interger or Date Time)

I want to have a table with a StaffID, Travel Time & Site Time and work out the total time.

Any ideas how I can do this

I think minutes in an integer field would be good. So much easier to add. Also, a user can enter the journey start time and journey end time and have ir converted to minutes. Or hours to minutes.
