Adding third line to a phone system

I know that my system is not Nortel, but I didn't see a Sprint section so thought I would ask here. I have a Sprint Protege 616 system that I just recently assumed control of. It is a 3x8 system. There are currently two lines on the system and the customer would like to add a third line into the system. The third line is in the building and I have dial tone on it, but when I connect it to the 66 block and thus into the phone system, the line does not show up on the phones. Does anyone know if this particular system needs to be programmed to recognize the third line?

If it is anything like a Norstar 3X8 or 6X16, the answer is YES.
