Using Crystal 2008 with SQL and Windows XP

Have completed Invoice report, but not sure how to insert Term's & Conditions (2 pages)

Invoice has company header and footer logo's

Regardless of how many pages each invoice consists of, I would like to have the T's & C's viewable/printable as 2 pages at end of document

Is this acheivable?

Phil00001,

I would think you shuld be able to simply create "Report Footer" (or the Group Footer for the Invoice # if your report is structured as such) sections, one for each page. Insert a text box and paste the text of the T&C page 1 in the first section, and the contents of the 2nd page into a second text box.

If yuo want the corporate logo in the footer to still appear after the T&C, you will want to insert your sections above this footer section.

Hope this helps, cheers!

Mike

Do you know about Section Expert? Right-click on the left-hand margin, where the section names are shown. This includes several options including New Page. Most can be made conditional, though I don't think you'll need that option this time.
