When I run netconfig is says that TCP/IP has to be installeed. I guess that is my answer. SO how do I add TCP/IP to my kernel?

man custom

Are you running the Enterprise version? I don't think the Host version is capable of network functions.
If you installed Enterprise, and managed to NOT install TCP/IP, then you should be able to add it using Custom as PHV suggests. The TCP/IP package would be on the original installation disk (not the Feature Supplement).

Thanks guys, it appears I only have the host package.
