Hi! Does anybody know how I can import data into MS Excel from Sybase by using Sybase as data source? I have been able to do this easily in MS Excel with Oracle as my data source (Oracle was part of data source list in ms excel by default).

Any idea/help will be appreciated greatly!

Cheers,
Maria

Maria,

In Start Settings > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Data Sources (ODBC), in one of the DSN tabs (I use System DSN), ADD and configure you Sybase Driver. This will make it visible when you do Data > Import External Data... in Excel.
