I have a Partner system in a medical arts suite at the hospital i work at. The only model number I could find on the system is 103R, (if there is another way to tell please inform me and i will post it), what i am needing to know is if i can add another station to the system without having any expense, The system is used in 2 separate offices, I have 8 stations installed now, 4 in each office and need a 9nth for a new Doctor.
If not is there a way to split a station and have 2 phones as the same station.
any help would be great.

Depending on which Partner system you have will determine how much of an expense the hospital will be looking at.

Assuming you have a Partner ACS processor, you can press "Feature 5 9" from any idle telephone with a built in display and the hardware revision and software revision will appear on the display.

If you have a Partner ACS R1-R6, the stand alone processor will handle 3 telephone lines and 8 telephone extensions. The Partner ACS R7 processor will handle 5 telephone lines and 9 telephone extensions.

If all 8 extensions are currently in use, and another telephone added, the system would have to be expanded by purchasing a 5 module carrier and a suitable expansion module.

From your post Dexman i think i have the ACS R7, I have 5 lines going into the unit. thanks for your post.
