Adding static text to Impromptu report

Currently I am creating a report based on the filter criteria. All the information I am returning is correct. The only thing I would like to do is add an additional entry to my list, an ' ALL' entry. Is there a way to append a static value to a report. I already have the ' ALL' value in my backend table but because of the filters the ' ALL' value does not show.
