Adding set in the Pick Up Group

I have one user that want to be added in the pick up group.

Can someone help me on how to do this?

Does the pickup-group always jump back to the value it had before?
Had a similiar problem. It was a problem with the installed Java version. Try to install the latest one.

I was able to add pick up group yesterday (under "capabilities"). but today, I have a new issue with one of the user that are unable to pick up the pickup group. This user can pick up regular that are transfered to her.
I checked "capabilities" and it is assigned the pick up as normally and i also checked the "button programming" and button # 2 is also assigned the pick up feature.

try to remove that user from the group and add again.

You don't pickup calls transfered to you.

pickup group is when a phone in your group is ringing on a intercom/DN button

Did you assigne a group pickup button (F75)

Yes,
It is fixed for some reason after i unplugged the phone and plugged back in.
