I installed some updates to Windows 2003 SBS and now for some reason an account keeps getting removed from a user profile that has Send-As permissions set.

I'm not sure what is going on. I go to the User Profile and go into properties, click on the Security Tab. I then add the other user and click on in the Allow column Send-As. Within 30 minutes, the other user is missing from the permissions list.

Anyone have any ideas?

If that user is a member of the Domain Admins group, there is already a deep "deny" permissions that doesn't allow those users to have Send-As rights on other users mailboxes. It's to protect privacy, but it's mostly just a PITA.

Ah! That would explain it. 3 users have another user with Send-As privs, and only 1 is experiencing this issue and he's a member of Domain Administrators, the other 2 are not.
