adding second line on Avaya 9608 phone

Are you trying to add an additional line to an existing phone? or are you just trying to increase the amount of appearances for a number that already exists?

I'm trying to add an additional line to an existing number, i.e. add x2118 to phone with x2069, I'm using Site Admin ver 6.0, thank you.

Create the new number (add sta xxxx) then on the existing phone (cha sta YYYY) you can add a "brdg-appr" to the phone.
