I have a Web form that fills a dataGrid with information from an Access DB. (Using two layer approach)In my business layer a fill my dataSet with info. from the DB and send it back to application layer where I fill the dataGrid. Everything works fine, what I need to do know is to add row(s) to the dataSet before I display it in the dataGrid, but I don't want to add those rows to my database only to the dataSet.
I'm building a attendance roll, which has records for days attended in my database, and does not have days missed. So I want to display all days attended as well as days missed. That's why I need to add rows to my dataSet to display also the days missed. But I don't want to add days missed to the database.
