Adding Rows into C8 crosstab

When I try to add data rows into an existing crosstab, the added item has a lot more columns than the rest of the rows. (In addition to the required columns). Why is this and how can I correct it?

It's a crosstab, the columns are determined by what's in the data. Add a filter on your columns data item to keep out the values you don't want.
