Adding Route Pattern?

We have a G3xV13 and I am trying to add a unrestricted LD route pattern but its it keeps saying LDS feature for CBC trunk groups only.

What is a CBC trunk group amd is this a feature that is administered on the trunk group page?

cbc = Call by Call: A feature available with ISDN only. Create a new Route Pattern by doing 'change route x'. Put in your trunk group number and a low FRL.
