Adding Rights to a User-Profile to Allow Importing of Agent Logins

Hello all,
I have an Ops group that I would love to hand off our task of importing agent ids into ASA. I set up a separate profile 20 just for them and am wondering which permissions I need to include or add the w to in order for them to import agent ids.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Cheryl,

If you wish to grant only read permissions, then only put R. W means it provides write access.
Make sure that you give them access to only Category - B - Call Center on page 1 of user profile
As per their need give R permission only for those parameters on page 2 till the end.
