adding reportting for call center on c/p 150

I,m using rls.3.1 client software to install rcc. but the mysql program is to old for windows 7 and it will not run. you can not turn it on from the pc
Has anyone installed rcc 3.1 on windows 7? can I use an newer rls of mysql? The callpilot 150 is 3.1

RCC 2.45.105 was the last release

It is supported up to Windows XP service pack 2, some have it working on 3.

Try XP mode on Win7

Yea I think the only reporting that worked with Windows 7 was for the BCM rlease 6 systems. Not sure that the 150 ever got past XP.
