adding remote station to hunt group

Location (a) has G3V11, location (b) has G3V8. Both locations are connected via Cisco routers (voice over frame)for interoffice dialing. Location (a) has a hunt group set up but needs to add a station from location (b). When I try to add the station from location (b) to the hunt group in location (a), the system tells me that is the wrong type of station.

Any suggestions?

You cannot share a Hunt Group between 2 switches. The same applies to announcements, etc.. The only thing that joins the switches together is Uniform Dialing Plan (UDP). The UDP tables define which switch is which and how to get there.
