adding redirect

hi to all,

i have my site hosted and if i dont type in the full address including the

http://www prefix

i get the apache test page

i.e if i type mysite.com.au instead of

http://www.mysite.com.au

it appears my host doesnt know (or doesnt care) about fixing this. can anyone tell me how to correct this problem so i can forward it on to them.
