adding records

every time i add a new record i automatically saves it at the begining of the data. i want that every time i make a new one i keeps the order and goes to the end

I'm not sure why you are asking this in a Reports forum...

Access tables have no order. Don't rely on records being in any particular order unless you use a query to sort them. If you think you need to retain the order they are entered, add a Date/Time field with a default value of Now().
