Hello,
I have been wondering for a long time if I could take records from Great Plains and have them got directly into my table that I have set up in Access 97 that I use for scheduling purposes. We are using Great Plains 6.0 with Sql server 2000.

Thanks,

Amy

In Access you can link in Great Plains tables and use them like they are access tables. It is advisable to be ceratain to make the read only. Speak to anyone with a little access skill and they should be able to show you how to link a table with relative ease

I just posted two FAQs on how to create and ODBC connection to GPD and how to connect Access to that ODBC connection.
