Hi, I am a new Access user, I found a way to only show a subform if the subform containes records. This works great BUT.......How do i add a new record to the subform if it is hidden?? Thanks in advance. Rick [sig][/sig]

Rick, You will be adding 'records' to the table that the sub form uses as its' data source... not to the form.

Did you get this fixed?
