We have found that the copy of TCL on the computer we are using is version 7.3 and appears to be very stripped down.

If i try to run the package command to load the tclodbc package it says command not found (or something similar).

Can somone tell me how to install the package command?

Thanks!
Chad

I gather you can't just install a newer Tcl?

I would rather not. I would be afraid to break things that are dependent on this custom install of Tcl.

If i cant figure out a way to just install the package command i will try to install a complete version of Tcl overtop of this custom install on a test box and see if it breaks anything.
