Adding printers automatically - possible?

Hi all,

I don't think this is possible, but does anyone know if a network printer can be added automatically when a user logs onto a XP workstation thats connected to a domain with a win2000 server (using AD, policies, etc). I've ploughed though policies and can't find anything. I'm guessing that it would only work if your using something like Kix.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
