Adding print drivers to AIX

I am a Windows Network admin, so please be gentle.
We have an AIX Unix box that runs our business software. I just set up a wireless AP for a little shack out in the surplus yard, and I am setting up a wireless print server. It runs OK over windows, because I ran through the setup on my machine. But we need to get it up in UNIX if at all possible.
What is the best way to go about this? Or is anyone familiar with installing Linksys product with Unix?
