We planning to migrate one site to new domain. About 60 pc's. Not allowed to use ADMT. We also have to use the same server hardware. What is the best method to add DC to the domain and then add pc's manually to the domain. Can we just copy profiles on pc's? Anything else specific i should check before migration?

Why in the world are you "not allowed" to use ADMT since that is specifically a tool designed to do exactly what you are doing?
Rename the domain since you're apparently on 2003.
I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.
There are no more PDC's! There are DC's with FSMO roles!
