Adding participants greyed out in IX Workplace Android 1

We are trying to use a conference from ix workplace user to ix workplace user but it appears the conference add icon is greyed out? how to enable it?

You need to Merge calls to make a conference or depends on your system. You can use a conference DDI number

@bahmonkeys - the workaround that I used is to create a shortcode for conference meet me. The one you are referring "need to Merge calls to make a conference" while the 2 android phone is in active call the merge icon is also greyed out.

You need 3 people to merge a call. Dial shortcode 500 ususally to add conference meet me.

How can i merge a call in 3 users? Theres a point to point call?

Test this, make a point to point call on the Softclient. Put the caller on hold, dial another extension, answer and you have 2 calls up. The Merge Call will be available, merge them and you will be in a conference.

ahh i get what you mean, I actually tried that but I get busy tone. The test user have 3 call appearance. Also in IPO I only create a user and dont have an extension for remote worker.

I am not sure what you are doing to get a busy tone. The method above is all using the softclient. I am presuming you have the IX Workplace application logged in and working perfectly. I presume you 2 other extensions to test this call. You should not get a busy tone. "Also in IPO I only create a user and dont have an extension for remote worker" not relevant.
