adding page numbers to pdf

Hi, I have a pdf document which is 113 pages and I need to add page numbers with page 6 as number 1.

My friend sent me the document she wrote and pdf'd it, then needed page numbers on it. I told her I'd look into seeing if this was possible.

Can anyone help?
