Adding OTM to Option 11C running 24.24 with NO Dongle/ Stop all system messages on TTY Port 0

All, have a lot of stations to move and re-configure. Am presently using TTY Port O but the input string is continually interupted by system messages.
Am using LD20 to get TMB's and then modifying them in LD11, usually with EASYCHANGE. Need to print out all TN's first, and them modify MADN's etc.

(1) What is the best way to accomplish the above?
(2) Where/can I get the OTM Software and Dongle? (IF IT IS AVAILABLE AT ALL?)
(3) How do I stop System messages on TTY Port O (or should I change the settings on TTY Port 1 or 2 to stop system messages rather than using TTY Port 0? What is the correct LD to modify TTY settings if I go that route. Is this LD a Admin2 level change?

OTM is no longer available or supported. You can modify the tty settings in LD 17 under ADAN.
