Adding option to a right click on a outlook menu ?

Hi all ,

This is the first time i have ever tried to add into a menu option in a microsoft application.

I want to add an option in outlook 2003 , when you right click on a resolved name, in a email.

Two things i would like to know how to do

1) I want to be able to return their first and last name fields from "Outlook Properties" in to two variables

2) Add an option to the right clicked Email name menu.

[the menu i am refering to you get access to by right clicking on a black underlined email reciepient or sender, and get a few options like adding to your contacts , send them a mail etc.]

Any pointers would greatly be apprieciated
