Adding old Vmware Files

Dear All :
I am new with ESX Server - and I have a lot of vmware files with my old environment : GSX System ...

how can I add them to the new system ?

If the GSX environment is running, you can also image the guest, create a new VM in ESX and P2V the GSX guest image to ESX. A bit tedious but it works.
