Adding Office Doc to Public folders

Hello, I am trying to share an Excel file across a shared folder on exchange. I want people to be able to go in and edit it, however i can only get myself to be able to do so. when i access it from a different user's account, i cannot save changes to the exchange server. Is this even possible?

Of course.
Make it a type "Posts" and don't forget to give everyone the proper rights as well.
You can just 'dump' files in there if you want.
